The origins of Ultragirl's journey can be traced back to a college dorm room, where London Evans was constantly tormented by her cruel roommates Stella Elle and Lora Cross. These two girls took great pleasure in playing pranks on poor London, going as far as to tie her up and leave her stranded while she missed important classes. In their latest prank, Stella and Lora confront London for not cleaning the dorm and proceed to tightly bind her in a hogtie, leaving her once again struggling to break free. The next day, London decides to enjoy some time outside in the sun, wearing a sexy bikini and lying on a swing. But her relaxation is short-lived when Stella and Lora sneak up on her and quickly restrain her once again. To make matters worse, they find a bottle of lotion near London's side and proceed to cover her body with it before leaving her alone to bake under the hot sun. As London lies there helpless, she wonders what will become of her. Little does she know that this moment will mark the beginning of her transformation into Ultragirl, a powerful heroine who will use her newfound strength and abilities to seek revenge against those who have wronged her. But for now, all she can do is wait and wonder about what fate has in store for poor London.
